About UsIt all started with a place called Smackwater Jacks.
It all started at Smackwater Jack's Taphouse in 2012 with a shuttle service for restaurant patrons. Owner of Smackwater Jack's, Brad Oke, saw that there was an opportunity to transport groups of people using his shuttle to many of the tourist destinations in the area. This is when Smackwater Jacks Tours was born; taking visitors and locals alike to breweries, wineries, cideries, foodie destinations and more. Smackwater Jacks Tours is based on the idea of becoming a local for the day in many of the rural regions in Southwestern Ontario. Our tours give you the opportunity to visit some of the unique, hidden gems and well known destinations that can only be found here. The legal drinking age on Ontario is 19 years of age. If a server requests identification, you must present two pieces of ID to confirm that you are of legal drinking age. If you do not have Id then you can be refused service
Persons aged 14 – 18 years of age can join the tour for half price.
This tour operates with a minimum of 4 tour guests. We are happy to accommodate a smaller group of 3 people or less, this will be a custom tour. Tours may be cancelled up to 48 hours before departure without penalty. If ours are cancelled within the 48 hours than the deposit per person will apply. Your reservation assumes release of liability, waiver of claims and assumption of risks and indemnity.
All add-ons are optional! We believe that these add-ons will enhance your tour and give you and your group an unforgettable experience. These fees are per person unless stated otherwise. Please contact us if you or your group have any questions or concerns
Smackwater Jacks Tours has a complimentary pick up location for each tour stated in the tour package information. Although we are more than happy to provide pickup and drop off service for your tour, there is a round trip mileage fee of $3 per KM
At the time of booking a $20 per person deposit is required. The remainder is do on the date of the tour. We accept debit, credit or cash on the shuttle.
